Resurrection

The regular registration fee is $35 per person. The completed Regular Registration Form and full payment must be postmarked by December 1, 2007.   Mail completed registration forms (to download form http://holstonconference.org/youth/resurrection/downloads/regreg08.pdf ) with check or money order made payable to Resurrection 2008 to:

After December 1, the registration fee is $40 per person payable only at the door.  Use the Late Registration Form for registration at the door.  We accept cash or check at the door, but are not able to accept credit or debit cards at this time.

Children ages 4 and older must be included in the group's registration (same fees apply). No charge for children ages 3 and younger. Child care not provided.

Those registrants of record by the December 1 registration deadline will receive confirmation. Additionally an information packet will be sent to your group leader in December.
