Late Registration – After December 1

The late registration fee is $45 per person, payable only at the door. Download the Late Registration Form here. We accept cash or check at the door, but are not able to accept credit or debit cards at this time.
*Children ages 4 and older must be included in the group's registration (same fees apply). No charge for children ages 3 and younger. Child care not provided.

 

Clergy

Because we want to encourage your senior or associate pastor to attend with your group, he or she may attend for free. Limit one pastor per charge.

 

Lodging

Registrants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. Contact the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitor's Bureau (865-436-2392) for information. We suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

You will get a full refund for any cancellations made in writing through the Holston Conference Youth Ministries Office by December 1, 2009. After that date, no refunds will be made.

 

Checking In

Event registration will be upstairs in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The group leader should enter the building via the Airport Road/Historic Nature Trailentrance. Check the December information packet for additional details.

 

Resurrection Wristbands

Group leaders will receive color-coded Resurrection wristbands for each member of their group. Wristbands must be worn at all times. No one will be permitted in the building without a proper wristband.
