Resurrection is an annual weekend retreat filled with worship and spiritual growth for youth and youth mentors. Each year thousands come together in Pigeon Forge, TN, to celebrate the God of The Resurrection. Through inspirational words and music led by nationally-known speakers and musicians, young people encounter the Lord in new and deeper ways.
We invite you to come and be with us and experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ—the One who is The Resurrection and The Life..

Youth talent offerings will be performed at Resurrection 2025. This year we will be accepting video submissions of gifts and talents no longer than 4 minutes. The due date is December 6, 2024, after which, a team will choose which talents will be shared on stage at Resurrection 2025. Please submit videos to Laura McLean at lauramclean@holston.org
In addition to praying generally for this ministry, you are invited to participate in prayer-based opportunities available at Resurrection: the Prayer Room. The Prayer Room will be available in the Convention Center throughout the weekend for anyone in your group to use.
Registrants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. We suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible.
Returning for a third year, FRVR FREE began in 2016 as an event-driven nonprofit company. Over time, God caused this team to grow and transform into a family. The FRVR FREE Family consists of 35-40 individuals who are committed to living by the same value system, and whose mission statement is this: “We’ve been set free to set others free”. When we create experiences, our hope is that people would begin to understand how their Heavenly Father sees them, because when people have an accurate view of how God sees them, the possibilities are endless. This affords us the opportunity to see shame FALL and freedom RISE — and that's what it means to be FRVR FREE.
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, to a single mother who just months prior had moved to the States from Nigeria. We later landed in Georgia before I turned two. I spent a lot of my childhood trying to find value and validation in so many worldly things. And after years of running and searching to no avail, God met me exactly where I was, with a claim and a new name: Worthy. Loved. Seen. Accepted.
As an adult, I’ve learned to grow in who and how God has created me. In a world that does an amazing job at creating boxes to place people in, I’ve learned there's beauty and power in operating in the way each of us has been created to live: as beings, set apart for the glory of God. My mission in life is to create space for others to do the same, stepping out and toward God’s original design for our lives. And in no way, shape, or form is this walk perfect — but man oh man, am I grateful for God’s constant hand in my growth journey.
There are three things you should know about Adam: 1) He is a Georgia Bulldog from Athens, GA. 2) He loves his wife and two kids with his entire heart. 3) He is absolutely, positively, sold out for Jesus. As one of the founding fathers of FRVR FREE, Adam wears the banner of ‘Freedom’ as the message on his life. He helped pen the mission and value system of the FRVR Family, he has written several of its life-changing songs, and he preaches the word of God whenever God says so. As an active member of the recovery community, Adam is deeply passionate about seeing people of all ages step out of hiding in the depths of fear and shame, and run into the beautiful and glorious grace of Jesus. "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free, stand firm therefore, and no longer submit to a yoke of slavery." Galatians 5:01
